Currently, we are looking for Talent Acquisition Partner for a product company All Right.

All Right is an IT company that creates the world’s best product for online education for children of school and preschool age.

Our goal is to give as many children as possible in the world the opportunity to learn English.

About you:

  • at least 2 years of experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition specialist;
  • experience in recruiting non-tech positions (Marketing, Sales, Operational staff, etc) is a must;
  • experience in recruiting on EMEA markets will be a plus;
  • experience working in startup or enterprise companies with 100+ headcount;
  • have business acumen skills, are proactive and able to see the big picture.

What you will do:

  • develop and implement recruitment process;
  • coordinate full-cycle recruitment;
  • proactively source for new candidates using various channels;
  • conduct pre-screen calls to evaluate candidates based on their experience and cultural fit;
  • gather and provide feedback to candidates during the hiring process;
  • lead the preparation of job offers and negotiate compensation;
  • work with hiring managers and interviewers, identify unique selling points;
  • prepare analytics for conducting weekly status meetings with the hiring manager;
  • prepare market research.
