Title: Implementation Consultant – Workday

Location: Remote US

As a Transact Payments Workday Implementation Consultant, you will be part of our Transact Payments Implementation Consulting team, which is responsible for implementing solutions for integrated tuition and fee payments. You will have significant responsibilities associated with initial installation, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, training, and remote client support. This position reports to a director who provides supervision, guidance, and assistance. Your responsibilities will be to act as the Workday Student Subject Matter Expert for Transact Payments Integrations.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate directly with Workday, clients, and Transact implementation teams to support Transact Payments Implementations.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining requirement lists, meeting project timelines, and providing status updates to senior management.
  • Gather requirements and provide solutions based on product offerings, aiming to minimize the need for custom enhancements.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for integrating Workday Student with the Transact Payments product suite and interface packages, serving as a trusted advisor, recommending best practices.
  • Offer remote technical expertise and advanced troubleshooting to resolve client issues.
  • Deliver client training and go-live support during projects.
  • Instruct clients on retrieving necessary data for seamless integration with Transact


  • Degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with Workday Students
  • Familiar with Workday RaaS Reports
  • Outgoing professional personality with excellent consultant and communication skills
  • Ability to manage conversations directly with clients to ensure Transact system integrates as needed with Workday
  • Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills
  • Technical skills/aptitude
  • Task management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision while adhering to project timelines
  • Ability to remain organized while working with multiple teams on varied and complex tasks
