In the Area of Mercedes-Benz OneWeb & Mercedes Me Home, we create customer experiences for the Web and App channels. We focus on the entire customer journey by using platform solutions that enable our customers’ different touchpoints across cars, products and services around the car.

With our products such as the Mercedes-Benz Worldwide Website (OneWeb), Car Configurator, Online Test-Drive Booking and the Mercedes Owner Area “Mercedes Me Home” and many more, we are building a seamless and luxurious experience for our customers.


In your role as Digital Analyst, you will join the Data Insights team, which is responsible for measuring and improving the worldwide Mercedes-Benz websites and e-commerce solutions. This includes a variety of different digital products and services, as well as the E-commerce environment. Or to reframe it: Everything that Mercedes-Benz is offering for it’s existing and future customers.

You will also:

  • Demonstrate your capacity to consult various stakeholder groups independently and confidently
  • Show deep understanding of business goals and converting them into data collection requirements / specifications
  • Handle and transform data, analyse data, validate data and visualize data to reveal value-adding insights
  • Work autonomously with our tool stack and used programming languages (PowerBI, Google Analytics, SQL, etc)


  • To have past experience with at least 2 of our 3 core skills:
    Visualisation tools – PowerBI or similar;
    Digital knowledge – Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar;
    Data analysis programming languages – SQL, Python/PySpark/Pandas, or similar).
  • To have experience in Digital Analytics focused on Lead Generation, e-Commerce and/or CRO
  • To have operational experience as Digital Analyst
  • To have a solid understanding of state of the art digital analytics
  • To be in contact with others, you are strong in communication and have good moderation and presentation skills
  • To be a problem solver, you organize yourself and you are always ready to find new and creative solutions


  • Have know-how in A/B testing strategy & methodologies
  • Have knowledge in data collection processes such as datalayer and tracking validations
  • Have knowledge in at least one of the following: Python, PySpark, DAX
