Client Account Associate

We are seeking a curious, organized, and adaptable Client Account Associate for our growing Client Experience team. You will manage current processes and controls that empower our team to deliver a strong client experience to our domestic customers and propose improvements as needed.  You must be an owner, someone who takes initiative to solve problems as they arise and never says, “That’s not my job.” In this role, you will learn how to deliver for our customers, you will learn and execute basic and intermediate account management tasks, and you will have the opportunity to jump in and take over for our account managers when needed. This role is Remote in the United States and reports to the Senior Manager for Client Account Management.

You Will:

  • Own and manage client account service processes and workstreams, both for our internal Client Account Managers and directly for external customers.
  • Deliver internal and external reporting of KPIs, both on a standard schedule and ad hoc.
  • Research challenging questions and client scenarios and present solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and help facilitate opportunities to streamline or automate internal processes to reduce reliance on manual tasks.
  • Support Client Account Managers with administrative needs and solutions as needed.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • One or more years of experience in a Client Account Management or Customer Support role or equivalent.
  • An ownership mentality, ready to support and serve internal and external stakeholders and dive into problems whenever needed.
  • Strong teamwork skills: this role is the glue of a strong team and will need to support multiple priorities for various individuals.
  • An ability to earn trust quickly with peers and customers, knowing when to deliver and when to ask for clarification or help.
  • Experience with Human Resources or Employer of Record (EOR) companies is preferred.
